Each fish is packed individually in airtight bags, placed inside thermocol boxes, and labeled “Live Fish” for careful handling.
Share your unboxing video with us. You’ll receive a 70% refund of the fish amount (or 50% refund for North India & Northeast), or a free replacement (you pay only the shipping charge).
Please collect your parcel as soon as it arrives to avoid any delays or stress on the fish.
Yes, we ship across India including remote and North-Eastern regions. Please note refund terms differ slightly (50% refund for North & NE).

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc..), UPI ID transfers, and direct bank transfers, you can find all peyment method in our website. COD is not available.
No, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid using secure digital payment methods.
