Refund & Replacement Policy
At Ck Guppies And Bettas, customer satisfaction and fish safety are our top priorities. We take every step to ensure your guppies reach you in excellent condition.
1. Safe & Secure Packaging
- ✅ Each fish is packed individually in airtight bags
- ✅ All orders are placed in thermocol boxes to maintain temperature
- ✅ Marked with "Live Fish" stickers for careful handling
- ✅ We use trusted couriers for nationwide delivery
2. Unboxing Video – Mandatory for Claims
To claim a refund or replacement for any dead or injured fish, an unboxing video is required:
- Start recording before opening the box
- Show unopened packaging and each fish clearly
- Send the video within 2 hours of delivery to WhatsApp: +91 9747377338
⚠️ Claims without valid unboxing proof will not be accepted.
3. Refund Options
If any fish arrive dead (DOA - Dead on Arrival), you can choose one of the following:
- ✅ 70% refund of fish value
- ✅ Free replacement (you only pay the shipping charge)
Note: For North India & North-East regions, only a 50% refund or replacement is applicable due to transit constraints.
4. Important Conditions
- Refunds are only applicable for live fish — not for plants, feeds, or accessories
- COD is not available. Only prepaid orders are eligible for refunds
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer within 3–5 business days
