We ship live guppies with the utmost care across India. Our packaging and shipping methods ensure that your fish arrive healthy and stress-free.
1. Delivery Coverage
- ✅ We ship to all major cities, towns, and even remote areas across India
- ✅ North & North-Eastern states are also covered, but with special refund terms
- 🚫 International shipping is currently not available
2. Packaging Details
- 📦 Fish are packed individually in airtight bags
- 📦 Securely placed in thermocol boxes to maintain temperature
- 📦 Marked with “Live Fish” stickers for careful handling by couriers
- 🧊 Ice gel packs included during hotter months to ensure safety
3. Shipping Partners & Timeline
- 🚚 We use reliable third-party couriers (DTDC, speed post, delhivery, etc.)
- 📍 Estimated delivery: 24–72 hours from dispatch depending on your location
- 📲 Tracking details will be shared via order tracking page after dispatch
4. Customer Responsibilities
- 📬 Provide accurate delivery address and phone number at checkout
- 📦 Be available to collect the parcel as soon as it arrives
- 📹 Record an unboxing video immediately after receiving the shipment (required for claims)
5. Important Notes
- ❌ We do not offer COD – all shipments are prepaid only
- ✅ We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after payment and order confirmation
- ⚠️ Delays due to weather, lockdowns, or courier issues are outside our control
