1. Product Quality & Stock
All guppies sold are professionally bred under strict quality standards. We maintain limited stock to ensure premium quality, and we currently do not offer wholesale production.
2. Payments
- We accept only secure online payments via our website or UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) and bank transfers.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available under any circumstances.
3. Shipping & Packaging
We offer safe, nationwide delivery using thermocol boxes, airtight bags, and "Live Fish" stickers. Each fish is packed individually to ensure maximum care during transit.
- Customers must collect the parcel as soon as it arrives to prevent delay-related harm to live fish.
- We ship to all Indian regions, including North and North-East states. Refund policies may vary by region.
4. Refund & Replacement Policy
We provide a clear, customer-friendly resolution for issues related to dead or damaged fish on arrival (DOA):
- 📦 An unboxing video is mandatory for any DOA claims.
- You may choose between:
- âś… A 70% refund of the fish amount (50% for North & NE India), or
- âś… A free replacement (shipping cost borne by the customer).
- No claims will be accepted without video proof shared within 2 hours of delivery.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
- Be available to receive the parcel at the estimated delivery time.
- Update us post-delivery and share feedback or review via WhatsApp or email.
